Yesterday the Daily Mail had a report about some major failings with the construction of housing estates across the UK.

It claims a whole bunch of affordable housing has been built on land containing industrial chemical waste, asbestos, and even a massive great load of explosives that became surplus to requirements when World War 2 ended.
